Focus and Scope
FIRM Journal of Management Studies publishes original scientific work - pure and applied research and well-argued commentaries - on the development of theories, methods, and applied practice in management. Topics include marketing and tourism, entrepreneurship, financial management, human resource management, organizational behavior, and consumer behavior.
The journal welcomes quantitative, qualitative, mixed-method, and conceptual manuscripts. The manuscript template follows a quantitative (hypothesis-testing) structure; qualitative, conceptual, and commentary papers may adapt the section headings accordingly (for example, replacing “Hypotheses Development” with “Literature Review” or “Theoretical Background”) while keeping the overall flow of introduction, method, findings, discussion, and conclusion.
The journal is published twice a year, in March and September.
