Focus and Scope
Language Research in Society (LaRSo) Journal is an open access, peer-reviewed, international scientific journal dedicated to the field of language learning and teaching. It aims to promote the research and the practice of language learning and teaching delivered both inside and outside the classroom. The electronic publication and distribution are made possible by President University Press. The journal is supported by the Center for Language and Culture (CLC) and is available free of charge on the internet. This journal is published twice a year: March and September.
The scopes of LaRSo Journal include the following topic areas:
- Language learning and teaching;
- Language in social contexts/society;
- Linguistics related to language learning, applied linguistics;
- Research methodology for language learning and teaching.
- Other closely-related topics will be considered as well.

Open Access Policy
Language Research in Society (LaRSo) Journal provides immediate open access in the form of an Open Journal System (OJS) to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Review Process
Language Research in Society (LaRSo) Journal uses double-blind system: the reviewers’ identities remain anonymous to authors, while the reviewers cannot see authors’ identities. The paper will also be peer-reviewed by experts; including editorial team and reviewers.
