1. Writing material must have relevance to the field of management.
2. The manuscripts contained in the FIRM journal have never been published in any mass media and are not being sent to another period.
3. Author Firm Journal is the academic community of President University and non-academic members of President University.
4. The published article is willing to be uploaded on the National Electronic Portal (such as the Garuda portal) and at the President University Website (www.president.ac.id).

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

1. Title. The title of the article should be fewest, without Acronym or abbreviation and maximum 15 words
2. Abstract. The Abstract has 250 words. No citation, State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes and results, and the conclusions.
3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: 
   Introduction 
   - Background: Authors have to make clear what the context is. Ideally, authors should give an idea of the state-of-the-art field the report is about.
   - The Problem: There wouldn't be a need to write a manuscript or, most surely, read one if there was no issue. Please explain to readers why they should continue reading. Experience has shown that a few lines work well for this section most of the time.

- The Proposed Solution; Authors should place the paper in the proper context by citing relevant papers. At least, 5 references (recently journal articles) are used in this section.
In addition, authors must provide the novelty in this section. Explain the gap analysis from the previous researches. 
Research Methodology 
The presentation of the experimental methods should be clear and complete in every detail facilitating reproducibility by other scientists.
Results and Discussion 
The results should be presented in an easy-to-understand manner. The most significant discoveries are presented in this section, together with pertinent statistical analysis results and comparisons to the findings of other studies. It is not appropriate to duplicate results from figures in tables. Here is where the author or authors should provide a written explanation of what they found during their investigation. It ought to be organised logically and with clarity. Appropriate references should be used to support this section.

4. Conclusion
   Provide a paragraph-long summary of the study's main findings. Do the conclusions in this section sound logical and are they backed up by the data? Have the authors explained how the findings compare to predictions and other studies? Does the article confirm existing theories or refute them? Does the conclusion describe how the study has advanced our body of knowledge in science?

After the introduction part, authors are free to offer intricate theorem proofs or non-obvious demonstrations of the validity of algorithms (obvious theorems & clear proofs of existing theorems are NOT needed).

5. References. Expect a minimum of 25 references (Minimum requirement 10 references from Scopus) primarily to journal papers and choose APA  style. Please, don't use unpredictable website sources. Starting from Volume 8, No 1, 2023.

One author should be designated as the corresponding author and provide the following information:

• E-mail address
• Full postal address

Figures and Tables. Relation of Tables or Figures and Text: Because tables and figures supplement the text, all tables and figures should be referenced in the text. Authors also must explain what the reader should look for when using the table or figure. Focus only on the important point the reader should draw from them, and leave the details for the reader to examine on her own.

Figures:
a. All figures appearing in the article must be numbered in the order that they appear in the text.
b. Each figure must have a caption fully explaining the content
c. Figure captions are presented as a paragraph starting with the figure number i.e. Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.
d. Figure captions appear below the figure
e. Each figure must be fully cited if taken from another article
f. All figures must be referred to in the body of the article

Tables:
a. Material that is tabular in nature must appear in a numbered captioned table.
b. All tables appearing in the article must be numbered in the order that they appear in the text.
c. Each table must have a caption fully explaining the content with the table number i.e. Table 1, Table 2, etc.
d. Each column must have a clear and concise heading
e. Tables are to be presented with a single horizontal line under the table caption, the column headings and at the end of the table.
f. All tables must be referred to in the body of the article
g. Each table must be fully cited if taken from another article

Language. If an article is poorly written due to grammatical errors, while it may make it more difficult to understand the science, therefore authors must proofread their article(s) before being submitted.
