Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format (doc, docx or rtf).
  • Your manuscript is well written as template of Journal of Environmental Engineering anad Waste Management (JENV).
  • Manuscript is written in good and proper Indonesian, or grammar and spelling of English manuscript was checked.
  • All authors read the manuscript and agree for publishing it in Journal of Environmental Engineering anad Waste Management.
  • Reference cited is the latest primary journal at least 70% of total references used.
  • Figures should be submitted as separate files in 'jpg' format, and labelled by figure number as cited in the text. Please make sure that your figure has a good quality, with pixel density larger than 250 dpi.

Author Guidelines

1. General Guide of Manuscript
Manuscript format could be sent in MS Word.docx. Submitted manuscript accepted for publication or even published elsewhere is unacceptable and will not be published in JENV. Manuscripts that is revision or elaboration of seminar, symposium, and workshop manuscripts could be published in JENV by mentioning such things while submitting them. Manuscript sent to JENV must be free from plagiarism and self-plagiarism.

Author is also necessary to send document in relation to Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) Form that has been signed (scan copy from filled, original form) together with manuscript that will be send online (in the form of supplementary file). 2. Template of Manuscript
Before article submission to journal's website, manuscript layout is previously carried out as writing format guidelines of Journal of Environmental Engineering and Waste Management. A template for writing manuscript to JENV and complete guideline of writing could be downloaded HERE.

3. Article Processing Charge
Every article submitted to Journal of Environmental Engineering and Waste Management will not have any 'Article Processing Charges'. This includes submitting, peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining and archiving, and allows immediate access to the full text versions of the articles.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
