Pengenalan Chatbot Kecerdasan Buatan Menggunakan Dialogflow untuk Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas

Pada era digital ini, perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan terjadi dengan sangat cepat. Teknologi ini memungkinkan robot untuk melakukan tugas yang membutuhkan proses intelektual. Salah satu contoh robot cerdas adalah chatbot yang berbasis natural language processing (NLP). Robot ini bermanfaat untuk menjawab pertanyaan pengguna akhir. Di masa depan, kebutuhan akan pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan teknologi dan kecerdasan buatan akan terus meningkat. Untuk memenuhi permintaan tersebut, maka penting bagi siswa sekolah menengah atas (SMA) untuk memahami cara melatih chatbot AI. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mempersiapkan siswa/i dengan dasar-dasar tentang kecerdasan buatan dan chatbot, serta meningkatkan minat mereka untuk mempelajari AI secara lebih mendalam. Kegiatan seminar dan workshop diselenggarakan pada tanggal 22 Juli 2024 di SMA Santo Leo III telah berhasil melibatkan 45 siswa/i dalam kegiatan selama empat jam. Dalam seminar, peserta dijelaskan mengenai kecerdasan buatan, dan dalam workshop, peserta diberikan kesempatan untuk membuat chatbot sederhana menggunakan Google Dialogflow. Evaluasi keberhasilan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata mengalami peningkatan sekitar 4,6%. Selain itu, kesan dan pesan yang diberikan oleh siswa/i menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dalam menambah pengetahuan mereka tentang kemajuan teknologi, khususnya kecerdasan buatan dan chatbot.
