PEMBERDAYAAN MUTU SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PERGURUAN TINGGI MELALUI PROGRAM MAGANG DAN PENDAMPINGAN ONLINE

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the Online Internship and Assistance program for empowering the quality of Human Resources in Higher Education. This research is an action research with action in the form of quality assurance internship and online mentoring. The action was taken by the Caregiver College (President University) at the College of care. While the expected impact of research is an increase in the quality of human resources whose data are in the form of qualitative data. Data were collected by interview technique, documentary study, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for further validation with source triangulation techniques and techniques. Validated data were analyzed using the Spradley model's compounding analysis technique. The results showed that the online internship and mentoring program was effective in empowering the quality of Higher Education HR in terms of: (1) Establishing awareness about the importance of quality and quality assurance in Higher Education; (2) Development of quality culture at the local tertiary institution; and (3) the ability to mentor other tertiary institutions in the vicinity.
