Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor terhadap minat pembelian Sepeda Motor Honda PCX di Pontianak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen di Pontianak. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sejumlah 102 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, korelasi dan koefisien determinasi serta uji hipotesis berupa uji F dan uji t dengan program SPSS 22. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, kualitas pelayanan dan daya tarik promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat pembelian. Hasil pengujian secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, kualitas pelayanan, dan daya tarik promosi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat pembelian.

 

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of these factors on the purchase intention of Honda PCX motorcycles in Pontianak. The population in this study are all consumers in Pontianak. Sampling using simple random sampling technique a number of 102 respondents. Data collection methods used interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the quantitative method with descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination as well as hypothesis testing in the form of F tests and t tests with the SPSS 22 program. Based on the test results (F test) shows that brand image, service quality and promotional attractiveness have a positive effect on purchase intention. The results of the partial test (t test) show that brand image, service quality, and promotional attractiveness have a significant effect on purchase intention.
