Advance Employee Development through Training and Management Knowledge to Increase Performance of MSME Employees

Abstract


Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in enhancing employment, contributing to GDP growth, and providing essential support, particularly to those affected by economic and financial crises. This study seeks to examine and analyse the impact of employee development through training and managerial knowledge on improving MSME employee performance in Bekasi. The sample size will be determined using the Roscoe method, which stipulates a maximum of 100 elements, with probability sampling techniques employed [(Munthe, 2022)]. A quantitative research approach will be adopted, emphasizing the analysis of numerical data processed using statistical methods [2]. The research aims to assess the positive influence of various indicators on each variable through statistical testing, utilizing Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis, conducted with SmartPLS 3.0 software.
